Working group 3 continued their webinar series on 8th December with Dr. Rosie Alexander exploring how and why social justice is important in career learning and guidance practice in rural communities. Based on ongoing research, the seminar explored insights and practice innovations developed in the context of rural Denmark and rural Scotland. It was also an opportunity for participants (who may be researchers, practitioners, policy makers or interested others) to come together around the topic of rural career guidance practice, share ideas and shape an agenda for further research and practice on the topic.
