Thanks Tristram. Interesting to see the imaginary example in a one to one session. That left me wondering what the client might be saying in the session, especially at the outset in terms of the ‘contract’. Guidance/coaching/whatever we call it will only be effective if we can agree a learning alliance with the client. Do our users see us as there to connect themselves to the multitude in this way? I am pondering…
