I recently saw Anne Delauzun from the University of Reading give a brilliant talk at the NICEC conference about how she had created a social justice informed intervention for use with students.
- See the slides from her NICEC talk (Change it up change the system)
- See the poster that she presented at NICEC (Change it up – poster)
She has kindly agreed to share the materials that she used to deliver the intervention so that other people can draw on these resources and deliver similar interventions elsewhere.

- Supporting materials – Article 1 & Article2
This is a really important piece of work from Anne which shows how career development activities with graduates can meaningfully engage with social justice in the kinds of limited time slots available to careers professionals.
I hope that other higher education careers professionals take up the call and start to use these materials.
