We want every autistic young person to have a good careers education, as they move through school, to post 16 education and into the workplace. To do this, we need to ensure employers and careers professionals have the tools in place to support autistic young people whilst in education and then into the workplace.

Critical Perspectives on Career and Career Guidance (COCAG) 
The CEC fund careers Leaders courses. Why can there not be funding to ensure that ALL careers advisers can access the CDI SEND training which is approximately £700.? This would be money well spent.

It also should be a requirement for Independent Career Advisers working in secondary schools and colleges.
