It’s a pleasure to take the liberty to introduce myself through the Career Guidance and Social Justice Blog. I am humble to have joined the Editorial Board, the blog is a great initiative and platform to ignite ideas on social justice that have a clear relevance to career and career guidance and raise insightful questions for on-going dialogue. I will  recommend bookmarking the blog as the content is enriching and reflect on what has been shared so far and recommend prospective contributors to take advantage of this virtual enlightened space to share their valuable insights.

I am a global impactful career practitioner based in Pakistan and fortunate to initiate diverse inclusive career reforms in Pakistan from inception to execution and privileged to have impacted countless lives over a period of a decade. I am humble to have earned several global awards from eminent career associations.

I am a passionate advocate of career development, career guidance, career counselling, career education, employability, entrepreneurship, global career dialogues and a lifelong learner. I believe in the noble notion, mission and cause that career counselling can be advocated as a legislative civic right for youth around the globe and we as a careers community collectively advocate for United Nations Career & Livelihood Day.

As a global engaging communicator, I was really fortunate to be selected to speak around the globe in 6 continents at premier career forums and international conferences such as IAEVG, ICCDPP, APCDA, ARACD, NCDA, UNESCO on careers. I thoroughly enjoy facilitating and engaging with a diverse audience and believe communication bridges people. I’m looking forward co-learning from valuable global perspectives, contributing on the Career Guidance and Social Justice blog and working and learning from aspiring contributors for the blog.
