Adventures in Career Development

Today I’m at the Career Development Institute’s student conference. I’m going to be talking about something new. Basically I’m going to be arguing that we should be very critical of generational theory as an idea, but that this doesn’t mean that we should be blind to the different circumstances that young people find themselves in to older people. The idea of inter-generational justice is potentially a useful one here.
I’m hoping that the students will find this interesting. This is what I’m planning to say…
